This looks absolutly amazing. My fiancee is starting the Medifast diet, and we're searching for low(er) calorie foods that he can use for his "lean and green" meal of the day. I may modify this, and use it as a side to a chicken breast (w/o the chopped meat), and to take leftovers to work with me.

It's a safe, very-low-caloire diet. So far, he's been on it for 2 weeks, and he's lost 10 pounds. The program has him eating 5 of their meals (shakes, oatmeals, soups, bars, etc) plus one "lean and green" meal of normal food.
